Nathalia is a former Miss Olympia, and an online coach to thousands of moms. As somebody with a large following, she reached out to me years ago and said that she did not want to be like so many others in this industry, she wanted to learn more about coaching pregnant and postpartum clients, so that she could better help her followers and clientele beyond just having personal experience.
