Hey! I'm  Bri

Coach. Mom. Athlete. Founder of Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism. 

I have a masters degree in coaching and 13+ years experience as a strength & conditioning coach. 

In my career I’ve worked with Olympians, CrossFit games athletes endurance athletes, an MMA fighter as well as thousands of athletes, across a spectrum of interests and abilities.

My unique background has taught me how to connect the dots between athletic performance and the specific needs of athletes in pregnancy and postpartum and I’m looking forward to teaching you what I know.
